2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
2 (7ounce) jars green taco sauce
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
9 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican or Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Add taco
sauce, simmer 5 min. until slightly thickened.
Cover bottom of 9x13 dish with 3 tortillas, tearing them to fit.
Spread half of meat mixture over tortillas, sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese
over meat. Layer 3 more tortillas. Spread beans on these. Cover with
sour cream. Sprinkle with onions.
Place remaining 3 tortillas on top, cover rest of meat and cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
