Adobo Chicken

Hello everyone! This is a recipe I made just yesterday, and thought it was really amazing. The vinegar gives it a really good twang. It only has a handful of ingredients, which is partly why it seems so good, I guess. It is made in the crock pot, so you can fix it and walk away, even better in my book. It calls for chicken breasts, but I think you could use other chicken parts, or even a good pork or beef cut.
Adobo Chicken
4 boneless skinless breasts
3/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
Place chicken into crock pot. In small bowl, mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high 2 hours. You may then switch crock pot to warm setting, if this is an option on your crock pot.

This can also be made quickly on top of the stove. Boil about 20 minutes. Serve with rice. Yummy!

You can add pork belly cut in large cubes with the chicken.
