After-Thanksgiving Turkey Casserole
3 cups Cooked rice
3 cups Green beans, frozen
2 ounces Sliced pimentos – drained
1 Onion – chopped
1 Green bell pepper – chopped
2 cups Cooked turkey – diced
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Milk
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a large baking dish, combine rice, green beans, pimentos, onion, and green bell pepper; mix well. Sprinkle turkey over rice mixture in casserole. Mix soup with water and pour over all.
Bake casserole, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned.
