AMISH CHICKEN LOAF
1 (5 lb.) chicken, cooked and cubed
2 C. chicken broth
2 C. uncooked rice
2 C. milk
2 C. bread cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 C. diced celery
Stir and mix all ingredients. Spoon into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350ÂºF for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean when
inserted in the center of the loaf. Serve in slices.
