Bacon
Pitted dates
Pecans
Cream Cheese
Toothpicks
Cut strips of bacon in half.
Take 1/2 piece of bacon and add to the center: 1 tsp of cream cheese, 1 pecan and 1 date. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Place on Cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until bacon is done.
Hint: I cover my cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
