Ann Lander’s Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground round
2 eggs
-1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup

Mix thoroughly. Put in loaf pan. Top with 2 strips of bacon. Pour over 1 can Hunt’s tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

i was looking up her recipe for pecan pie and came across a few sites that have this recipe posted. it was after that i thought i should’ve checked here first. however, all the sites say that the amount of breadcrumbs should be 1 & 1/2 cups.

i’ve just posted a corrected version along with a couple of other recipes of her’s.
