Another Alfredo Sauce
4 tb Butter
1/2 c Heavy cream
6 tb Parmesan cheese
1 tb Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in saucepan, cook (medium heat) & stir (DO NOT BOIL!) until it has the look and feel of Alfredo sauce. You just gotta eyeball this one!
