Dear members I am looking for more recipes to put on sub sandwiches.
Any recipes will be welcomed

do you know how to make a hoagie - Philadelphia style??
1 hoagie roll (sub roll) about 6 or 12 inches long
provolone cheese
pepper ham
capacola ham (hot ham)
genoa salami
lettuce
tomatoe
onion
sweet peppers (or hot)
pickles
mayonaise or oil or both
oregano
salt and black pepper
spread oil (olive) and mayo on roll - place cheese directly on top - put on veges and s&p & oregano - layer all the meats on top

I will try that it sounds good

You can check out my posts, “World’s Best Chicken Sandwich” and “A Real Italian Sub”. Also, for a great steak and cheese sub, you can look up my “Awesome Mushrooms” and “The Best and Easiest Cheese Sauce You’ll Ever Have”. For a great steak and cheese sub, saute some onions and peppers, make the mushrooms and cheese sauce according to the recipes, and cook some thinly shaved steak. Top a sub roll with the steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese sauce. It is one of the best sellers at my restaurant, and hopefully you’ll enjoy it too!
