Braunsweiger Ball

1 lb. Braunsweiger
3 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese with chives

Let cheese stand until softened, blend together with braunsweiger. Seal in sealed container and chill for several hours overnight. Shape into balls and roll in chopped pecans or chopped parsley.
