Appetizer Shrimp spread on French Bread nice for Holidays

Shrimp on French Bread

Makes for about 20
1 - 4 oz. can Tiny cocktail Shrimp…drain and rinse well or use crab
1/3 c. Kraft Mayo
2 T. grated Romano Cheese
dash of garlic powder over the top of all
2 T. basil leaves…chopped finely
2 egg whites. . . beaten stiffly
1 thin loaf of French bread…cut into 20 slices

Preheat oven to 350
Combine shrimp or crab -mayo-cheese-basil and garlic powder in a bowl. Fold in beaten stiff egg whites. Place bread slices on ungreased baking sheet
Spoon shrimp mixture on bread slices.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown Serve warm
