Are there any good desserts that utilize the pairing of apples and chocolate? Someone challenged me to come up with a compelling example and I failed.
Apple Chocolate
Ingredients
* 6 apples
* 2 tbsp. water
* 540g chocolate
Method
* . Wash and dry the apples, and stick a wooden skewer through the stem end.
2. Slowly heat the chocolate until melted and smooth. Dip the apples in the toffee and swirl until completely coated.
3. Lay on greaseproof paper then place in the fridge to harden.
