Apple and Sweet Pepper Slaw

1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt or mayo
1/4 of a 0.4-oz. pkg. buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix (1 tsp)
1 teaspoon honey
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 small red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1 small apple, chopped

For dressing, in a small bowl stir together the yogurt or mayonnaise, dressing mix, and honey till blended. Thin with a little water if necessary. Cover; refrigerate till ready to serve.

In a large bowl combine cabbage, sweet pepper, carrot, celery, and ap{omitted}ple. To serve, pour chilled dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat.
