years ago i was in cali and was given a really simple recipe for an apple cake, almost like an pineapple upside cake, was very moist and easy that’s all i can really remember except it was sooooooooooooooo good, lost recipe about 20 years ago, but always remember that cake, have checked numerous recipes and nothing seems to come close, it’s made in a pyrex like a 1/4 - 1/2 sheet. apples of course and the nominal spices, but that’s about it. if anyone has any ideas, i’d appreciate it. thanks for your time
