Apple Carrot Hummus Sandwich

a. ½ Pita, whole wheat or plain
b. 1/8 – ¼ C Basic Hummus
c. 1-3 t Walnuts, finely chopped,
d. Carrots – freshly shredded is best
e. Apple slices – thinly sliced, tart apples such as Pippin or Granny Smith
f. Ginger – sprinkle ground ginger or add minced fresh, to your taste
