APPLE NUT LOG
Try this for a different kind of party snack!!!
1(8oz)pkg. cream cheese,softened
1 Tbsp. apple juice
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp . fresh lemon juice
1c. chopped tart apples
1c. chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese,apple juice and nutmeg in mixer bowl;blend
until smooth. Pour lemon juice over chopped apples and add to the
creamed cheese mixture.
Gently fold in 3/4c.of the pecans,then shape into a 6 inch log and
roll in the remaining chopped nuts.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and
serve on cracker.
