Hi Denise
I just had this yesterday! (5/6/05) It’s basically the same recipe as
their Oriental Chicken Salad.
When I make it at home I use breaded chicken strips (from Costco)
baked according to package directions and sliced. Add some
lettuce from the pre-cut package. I use Applebee’s dressing.
The Applebee’s I go to (Lake Oswego, Oregon) sells the dressing.
