Apricot Glazed Pork Chops For 2

2 Loin chops 3/4 in. thick (Pork)
1 cup Apricot juice
2 Tbls. cookink oil

Bread and fry pork chops in oil in skillet over medium heat till done:
approximately 8 to 10 min. per side. When cooked remove from skillet
pour apricot juice into skillet: with a wooden spoon or spatula stir juice
breaking up drippings: simmer till it reduces in amount about 1/2. Place
chops back into skillet, continue to simmer while basting chops for about
5 to 7 mins.
