Armold Schwarzenegger’s Mixed Berry Pie
6 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup blackberries or raspberries
1-1/2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
1 10 inch unbaked pie crust
Crumb topping:
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sifted flour
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Place all the berries in a bowl. Add sugar, tapioca, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Pour into unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Set aside.
To make topping, place all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix. Pour melted
butter over dry ingredients. Mix until crumbly. Press topping over berries,
forming top crust.
Bake one hour in 350 degree oven.
