Asian Chicken With Cashews

14 oz. can bean sprouts, drained
3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz. can mushroom pieces (or 8 oz. fresh)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 c. cashews

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cashews in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low 4-9 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir in the cashews just before serving. Serve over steamed rice.
