I have always loved cooking and have a collection of cookbooks from all over the globe. I’ve always been able to pretty much prepare whatever struck my fancy as I kept a well stocked larder, freezers, etc. But having recently decided to start an austerity program, and understanding that with the current cost of living, it might be fun to cook with whatever is at hand. Sort of like that tv show where the homeowners cupboard was the challenge for the menu! I have come up with some pretty clever ideas.
I would like to see if we might start a similar recipe collection.
