  • 150 g melted copha (substitutes: Coconut butter or 2 parts shortening or lard, with 1 part creamed coconut)
  • 2 1/2 c rice bubbles (I use rice krispies)
  • 60 g desiccated coconut (you can find at Walmart)
  • 15 g cocoa
  • 1 artificial sweetener taste
  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add melted copha and mix well.
  3. Divide into 24 patty pan papers.
