Australian Chocolate Crackles
24 Servings
- 150 g melted copha (substitutes: Coconut butter or 2 parts shortening or lard, with 1 part creamed coconut)
- 2 1/2 c rice bubbles (I use rice krispies)
- 60 g desiccated coconut (you can find at Walmart)
- 15 g cocoa
- 1 artificial sweetener taste
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add melted copha and mix well.
- Divide into 24 patty pan papers.
