Avocado Bisque Chilled

Makes 4 servings or 3 cups

1 large ripe avocado
1 cup (about ) of regular strength chicken broth
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp.fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
3 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
Salt to taste

Half … seed avocado…with a teaspoon…scoop-out flesh drop into blender

Blend avocado until smooth
Add:chicken broth-sour cream-yogurt-lime juice-cumin…until smooth
(If avocado is very large…add 1 or 2 more tsps. of chicken broth until you get the disired consistency you like.

Pour into a bowl…add hot pepper sauce and salt to taste

Cover and Chill at least 2 hours

Garnish each serving with 2 chive stems long (criss-crossstems and place 1 large cherry tomato cut in half on each side of the chives for presentation.
