Avocado Dressing For Seafood Salads

4 raw eggs
1/2 c lemon juice
1 c butter, melted
2 avocados, quartered and peeled
1 t salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 dash onion powder (opt)

Blend eggs with lemon in a blender or food processor until it is lemon colored. Slowly add the bubbling hot melted butter, just drip it in, using a slow speed on your blender. Blend in the avocado and seasoning until smooth. Chill 30 minutes. Makes 3 cups.
