AVOCADO HOT SAUCE

AVOCADO HOT SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, soft to the touch
1/4 C. sour cream
1/4 C. milk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, mashed to a pulp with 1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. minced fresh cilantro or 1/4 tsp. dried cilantro
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2-3 T. lemon juice

Peel and mash avocado to a smooth consistency. Add remaining
ingredients and blend with a wire whip. Let stand for at least one
hour before serving. You may increase the amount of garlic,
cilantro and pepper sauce to taste. Parsley may be substituted for
cilantro.
