2 cups Spring Mix greens
1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup red onion chopped
Citrus Dressing 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoon fresh orange juice 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
On 2 salad plates, arrange greens, oranges, avocado and onion. In a jar with a lid, combine dressing ingredients, shake well. Drizzle over salads, serve immediately.
