I always get requests for this recipe whenever I make it…I think the secret ingredient is the liquid smoke…it gives it an amazing flavor!
3 large pkgs cream cheese
4.5 oz chopped dried beef
9-12 scallions
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix first 4 ingredients together well and roll into log. Then roll into pecans.
Chill and serve with crackers.
