2 habanaro (thin hot red peppers) you can add less or more to taste
lime juice (1 small)
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)

cook onions in oil until transparent
add pork and cook until slightly cooked
add ginger stir
add coconut milk and fish sauce and soy
cook for apx. 5 minutes
add one thinly sliced pepper stir
cook for apx 10 minutes more
add cilantro and basil leaves cook until slightly wilted
add second pepper just before serving thinly sliced in rings
squirt lime juice on top

you can thin it out with chicken broth and enjoy as a soup or as a sauce over rice as a main dish. This is both sweet and spicey.
