Baby Food: Peach Smoothie recipe

Peach Smoothie for baby

peach or nectarine
baby rice

How to prepare:

  1. Peel and skin half a small peach or nectarine
  2. Roughly chop and put in a small pan with 15ml of water.
  3. Cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes, until soft. Sieve or puree.
  4. Blend 10ml of baby rice with 20ml of breastmilk/formula.
  5. Stir in the puree. Spoon a portion into a bowl and cool slightly if necessary before serving.
  6. Cool the remaining puree, cover and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

1 peach peeled and halved OR 1 #303 can sliced peaches in own juice

1 banana peeled and cut into Thirds

Put in blender with 3 oz vanilla yogurt.

Blend for 1 minute, serve
