BACON BLUE CHEESE BURGERS
4 leaves green lettuce
4 Kaiser rolls
1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning (or seasoning of choice)
1 Tbs. Onion flakes
Oil and preheat grill.
Wash and slice tomato into 1/8 inch slices. Wash and separate 4 lettuce leaves; set aside.
Slice Kaiser rolls in half; set aside.
Place in mixing bowl; ground beef, bacon,
blue cheese, steak seasoning and onions.
Gently fold ingredients together. Form into
4 equal patties.
Place patties on grill for 5-6 minutes, until desired level of doneness.
Assemble burgers w/ favorite toppings.
