Bacon Chicken

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 pound thin sliced bacon
1 cup raw white rice ( I use Texmati)
1 med chopped onion
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Pinch Salt and Pepper to taste
4 chicken breast or 5 to 6 mixied chicken pieces
Heat soups and water in sauce pan
Layer bacon across 13X9 glass baking dish
sprinkle rice over bacon
pour 3/4 of soup mixure over all
Add onion,oregano and salt pepper over all
place chicken over top of onions
Pour remaining soup mixture over all
Seal tight with foil
Bake 350 degree oven for about 50 mins, remove foil , cook additional
15 minutes (or until bacon is browned)
This is very good, bacon flavors rice and so on.
