Bacon Mushroom And Swiss Meat Loaf
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork, Ground
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Corn flake crumbs
1/4 Cup Milk
4 Oz swiss cheese, Grated
1 Can (4 Oz) mushrooms, drained
3 Slice Bacon, chopped
In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish.
Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through
