Bacon Ranch Bread Bites
1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tsp. oil
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked, drained
Roll bread dough into 1/2-inch-thick rectangle on lightly floured surface; brush with oil. Cut dough with sharp knife into 1x1-inch pieces. Toss bread dough pieces, cheese, salad dressing mix and bacon in large bowl. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; shape into oval loaf. Let rise in warm place until double in size. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
