Must BIC be refrigerated after opening? How long can a bottle of opened BIC stay in the fridge before spoiling?
I’ve heard that old bottles get a might sticky-gooey if not refridgerated.
Bars tend to stock Bailey’s at Christmas, and the ‘pourers’ they use on the bottles, clog if not refridgerated. Might also have to with the fact that those ‘pourers’ were open aired. Which could make anything sweet get sticky in time.
