Baked Apples with Sugar and Nuts

Start with some clean healthy, unpeeled apples. cut the upper side leaving a conical space. Pierce the peal with a fork to allow liquid to get out. Group the apples and add sugar in the cut space. Add a nut on top. Optionally add some honey. Add some water in the pan to avoid burning. Cook in a heated oven first on high fire and then on low fire. The apples are ready when they are soft.
