Baked cheesy potatoes

Ingredients:

2 (abt 300g) potatoes - boiled till tender, remove skin and mashed
Coriander leaves as needed/preference - shredded or sliced into small pieces
Spring onions as needed/preference - shredded or sliced into small pieces
2 1/2 tbsp Parmesan grated cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg - lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Into the mashed potatoes, add the coriander, spring onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all together and it will be thick paste.
Roll into smaller balls and make a hole in the center to fill up with the cheese.
Seal, roll again and flatten in.
Dip into the egg and coat with the bread crumbs.
Do the same until done with all the potato paste.
Preheat oven at 200c for 10 mins.
Bake for 1/2 hour or until the color becomes brown
Cool first and its all done.
