Baked Oatmeal

1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. quick oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Combine oil, sugar, eggs and milk; mix well. Mix remaining ingredients together and then combine with first mixture. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with hot milk.
