You can use the oven or a crock pot for this. Just put the rub on your chicken that I have already posted in another thread here and use either of the red sauces from my other threads and rub the chicken down all over with the rub and add as much of the red sauce that you think you can stand to the pan or crock pot and add some sliced onion and bell pepper to the mix as well. Right there, you got some nice hot and spicy low carb chicken that will fall off of the bone when finished and will be absolutely delicious to the taste. Best to slow cook over low heat, whether using the oven or a crock pot for best results.
