1 1/2 lbs Spare ribs
1 medium, onion chopped
2 potatoes, cut in quarters
10- oz. can condensed consomme soup
salt and pepper
Place spare ribs in bottom of roasting pan. Add cut up onions. Cut potatoes in half and then in half again. Place over the onions. Cover with water and add consomme soup, salt and pepper. Stir.
Bake in 350F oven for 2 hours. Thicken gravy with Bisto and return to oven for another hour.
