BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP
16 (12-20 count) large shrimp
1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 T. horseradish
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of garlic salt
Shell and devein shrimp. Set shrimp out on greased cookie sheet.
Mix together crushed crackers, butter, horseradish, Worcestershire
sauce, Tabasco and garlic salt. Cover shrimp with stuffing. Bake at
400ÂºF for 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
