3 bananas
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 pint strawberry ice cream
1 cup whipped topping
1(8oz) jar whole maraschino cherries, drained
2 Tbsp finely chopped nuts
Slice bananas thinly, sprinkle with lemon juice and arrange on bottom of pie crust. Stir ice cream to soften slightly, spread over bananas and freeze. Spread thawed whipped topping over ice cream. Top with cherries. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze again. Let stand 30 minutes at room temp before serving. Pour Chocolate Quick Sauce over each serving. Serves 8
Chocolate Quick Sauce
1(6oz) pkg chocolate chips
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup marshmallow creme
Cook chocolate chips and milk together over low heat. Beat in marshmallow creme until blended. Serve warm or cold.
