Bananana Bread

Cooking Time 50 - 60 min.
Temp 350:
INGREDIENTS
2 - Cups Flour 1 - Cup Mashed & Beated Bananas
2 - tsp Baking Power 1/3 Cup Salad Oil
1/4 - tsp Baking Soda 2/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Banana Extract
1/2 - salt 2 - unbeaten eggs

Sift flour ,measure: sift again with baking pwer. soda and salt into mixing bowl. mash and beat banana into another bowl to a pasts like and and addextract and mix well. Put unbeaten eggs ,and mashed bananas, salad oil and sugar into another bowl , mix well, and beat until light and fromy.
Add sifted dry Ingredients, and stir until well blened, at this time you can put some nut in if you like 1/4-1/3.
Pour into a well greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 50 - 60- min.
let loaf cool for a few min. then place on rack.

Tip: I never keep Baking Power longer then a few Months ,use good baking power with this one,it pays off.

Ingredients:
1/2 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 ripe bananas, mashed,
2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder,
1 tsp. baking soda, 3 Tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla,
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and bananas; blend well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixutre when well blended. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into greased, floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour.

I add some cinnamon & all spice to make it more flavorful. I think the secret to the moistness is the milk.

3 ripe bananas (4 if small)- 1 cup sugar- 1 egg- 11/2 c flour, 1/4 c melted butter, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt–combine- bake in loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour–very moist and flavorful–sorry about the format–can’t figure out how to get ingredients to stay in straight line—hope you enjoy- angiep

Banana Spice Loaf Cake

INGREDIENTS:
· 6 very ripe bananas
· 1/2 cup vegetable oil
· 1/2 cup butter
· 2 cups sugar
· 4 eggs
· 3 cups flour
· 2 teaspoons baking soda
· 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
· 1 teaspoons ground cloves
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 1 1/2 cups raisins
· 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, mash bananas and pour vegetable oil over them; set aside while making cake.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in banana and oil mixture; mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl; add to creamed banana mixture. Stir in raisins and pecans; blend thoroughly. Spoon mixture into 3 greased loaf pans and bake at 250° for 1 1/2 hours.
