3/4 tsp prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp onion flakes
1 Tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)
1 clove garlic ( 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1-2 cans tuna in water, drained well
Cook for fifteen (15) minutes stirring occasionally. Serve on buns with coleslaw or serve slaw on the side.
