Barbecue Pork

Tried this recipe posted by KW. I browned the chops on both sides first then added the sauce and simmered for 15 minutes. Chops were tender. We found the sauce to be a tad too “vinegary”.

Barbecue Pork from Quick and Easy

4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup barbeque sauce

1 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet; brown chops on one side over medium-high heat.
2 Turn chops and add remaining ingredients to pan, stirring to blend.
3 Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes, until chops are tender.
