BARBECUED BLACK-EYED PEAS
Ingredients:
2 C. (16 oz.) black-eyed peas
2 C. tomato purée
1 1/2 T. dry onion flakes
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Combine all and place into prepared dish. Bake, uncovered, for
1 hour.
