Barbecued Pork & Beans

Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless pork, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
2 (16-oz) cans baked beans, drained

Directions:

Mix the pork, pepper, onion and 1 cup of the barbecue sauce in a 3-quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook until pork is tender. Stir in remaining sauce and the beans. Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours; or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
