Barbecued Teriyaki Steak

1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 flank steak (1 1/2 to 2 pounds)

In a shallow bowl or plastic bag, combine all ingredients, except flank
steak. Add steak, coating with marinade. Cover tightly and rerigerate 6
to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade and grill over
hot coals, about 5 minutes on each side.
