Bare Cupboard Skillet Supper
4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 can (14-3/4 oz) beef broth
1 can (14 oz) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (7 oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked
Salt and pepper pork chops and brown on both sides (about 1 minute per side). Add beef broth and tomatoes to skillet. When liquid comes to a boil, add macaroni. When mixture returns to a boil, turn heat down to allow mixture to gently boil. Cover skillet and cook for 10 minutes. I stirred once during cooking.
