Barbecued Brisket

Ingredients:

6 lbs beef brisket
1 large onion, sliced 1/2" thick
1 bay leaf
16 whole cloves
1 clove garlic, cut in half

2 Tb brown sugar
2 Tb dry mustard
2 c catsup
1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:

Pressure cook first set of ingredients for 75-90 minutes or simmer in a heavy pot for about 4 hours.
Cool in liquid, then drain, trim of fat and cool in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Thinly slice the meat across the grain. Stand meat slices together in a shallow pan.
Mix together second set of ingredients together and pour over the meat.
Bake in 350° oven for about 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
Serve as is or on a bun.
