BBQ Dry Rub
Simple and easy rub for the barbecue
Yield: 12 cups
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups white sugar
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup salt ( seems like a lot, but thats what it calls for )
1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
In a dry container, combine white sugar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and paprika; mix well. Rub into pork 10 minutes before grilling.
