BBQ Herbed Corn On The Cob
4 ears corn, unhusked
1/4 cup butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cut 4 large squares of foil. Peel the husks back, but do not remove. Remove the corn silk.
In small bowl, blend the butter, basil, oregano, salt and pepper together. Spread about 1 tablespoon of herbed butter on each and close the husk around each corn.
Wrap each ear of corn tightly in the foil and place on the barbecue for about 30 minutes or until tender.
